Wonderful stay!! Easy to find!! Close to all that we were visiting for!! Did not have any issues!! Loved the back patio area! Everything was clean and the space was great for us! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay in one of Kim’s properties. It was the perfect location near the Coast Coliseum where we were attending a cheer competition. Unit was just as described. We loved the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

I rented 2 of Kim's townhouses during the holidays. They were perfect for our family. We loved that each room had a bathroom and the rooms were spacious. We loved being able to walk to the beach from the houses. We enjoyed the security of the quiet, gated community. They were clean and had the amenities needed to cook, do laundry and just relax.

Place was very nice and clean. Cute place and very quiet neighborhood. I liked the fact their was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and etc. I have issues in the past where I had to supply it. I would definitely recommend!

Gated community, easy access and super close to the beach. 🏖️ sleeps many, plenty of bathrooms and great water pressure! Two assigned parking spots with extras close by. Can’t go wrong, you won’t have any complaints. ✂️

Kim homes is everything ! It’s exactly like the pictures she was awesome with instructions and replying to any of my concerns or questions , I would stay here again . It’s very close to the beach and other places as well , it’s a gated community and it’s very clean and peaceful

Retreat BnB was perfect for me and my family’s trip to the coast. We had a short stay but the place was cozy, the beds were so comfortable, the amount of space was ideal and the kids loved having games in their room. The host gave very clear instructions and was very responsive to my concerns , which were handled in top tier timing . Will definitely consider staying here whenever in town again .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home. I love that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Everything was clean! And also the hosts were very nice as well.

I booked this Airbnb and it turned out to be an amazing place! The space was big, clean, and very peaceful. We all had a great time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The host was friendly, everything was perfectly managed, and the house had all the facilities we needed. Highly recommended — definitely worth it!
